The buildings on the southwest corner of Bridge and 6th Street are being demolished this week. Franklin Elementary will soon have "green space" and a better loading / unloading zone for the kids.
  Water is used to keep the dust down in case there is lead paint in the buildings.

Dubbed as Wausau's first skyscraper. Dick Dudley has dedicated the building to his brothers.
